He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bills and Dana Bills; his wife Jodi Rose Bailey; his sons, Ryker J. Bills and Jace Halvor Bills; the parents of child, Robert and Dana Bills; his siblings, Robb (Jill), Todd, Brian (Diane), Dave (Kira) and Judi McMinn (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Lori Capener (Spanky) and Shauna Brown. He is also survived by godchildren, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
