It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Manning of Hurricane, Utah, born in Farmington, Utah, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Harley Wilcox and Blanche Clark Wilcox; her husband Richard C. Manning; her siblings, Leo Wilcox, Harlow Wilcox and Cordell Wilcox; and her siblings-in-law, Earlene Wilcox, Russell Walpole and Robert Manning.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy McKell (Allen), Michael Manning (Gayle), Susy Westphal (Steve), Rick Manning (Michele) and Tyson Manning (Julia); her siblings, Lugean Walpole, Ralph Wilcox (Brigitte), Winn Wilcox (Ann) and Charlynn Clark (James); and also, Rosemary Wilcox, Judy Wilcox, Sherry Wilcox and Stella Manning. She is also survived by 12 children, 27 grandchildren.
