He is survived by: his parents, Brady Brooke and Becky Brooke (Rasmussen) of Hurricane, Utah; his wife Teresa Karlson; his daughter Lexie Shantel (Colin Hutching) of St. George; his grandchildren, Knox and Brier; and his siblings, Krystal Ashby (Burke Orton), Tonya (Greg Senter) and Boyd Brooke of Utah. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
