She was predeceased by: her parent Linda Gay Clark; and her grandparents, Carlos, Audrey Clark, Virl and Marla Slater.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Slater; her children, Shawna Forbes (Taylor), Shane Slater (Ashley), Christian Slater (Rachel) and Ryan Slater (Cora); and her siblings, Sam Ortega (Cheri), Eddie Ortega, Tim Ortega (Ella), Tina Ortega and Marinda Ortega. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
