He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Luis and Evelyn Evans Echols; his siblings, Luis Echols (Jennie), Charles Echols, Kenneth Echols, David Echols and Elizabeth Everett; his children, Howard Lee Echols Jr. (Brandy), Rance Echols (Monicia) and Marnie Echols; and his grandchildren, Ashton Echols (Hunter), Howard Lee Echols III (Ashlee), Lacy Beltran (Sheldon), Desteny Tingey (Michael), Trevor Echols (Kelcie), Josh Echols (Dakota), Alylah Frederick, Avion Alton and Kruz Alton. He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren.
