He is survived by: his parents, Steven Leo Leavitt (Rae) and Marietta Rigby; his siblings, LaDessa Swinscoe (Terry), Jennifer Schild (Todd) and John Leavitt (Morgan); and his nieces and nephews, Jalesa Hutchens, Jordan Wade, Courtney Houghton (Carter), Kaytlin Wade, Taya Leavitt and Emmabelle Leavitt.
