He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Gover; his children, Steven (Paula), Scott, Spencer and Lisa Thomas (Stan); and his stepsons, Rick, Ken Clements of Blanding and Orem. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
