He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles Nevin and Ada Leola Minor; and his brothers, John and Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Sandie; his sister Paula; his children, Shay, Midge, Tony and Jon; his stepsons, Tod, Carl and Paul; his son-in-law Jim; and his grandchildren, Steven, Kara, Matthew and Jace.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Huntsman Cancer Foundation in Salt Lake City, Utah.
