He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Clove Sullivan; his children, David Sullivan (Lora) of Lehi, UT, Cecil Sullivan (Tiffany) of Murray, UT, Ivan Sullivan of Hurricane, UT, Sophie Langston (Andrew) of Hurricane, UT and Rhett Sullivan of Hurricane, UT; his grandchildren, Wells, Emily, Ben, Sara, James, Olivia, Michael, Ian and Luke; his sister Ila Dawn Werner; and his caregivers, Lacy and Trissy.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Hurricane LDS North Stake Center (272 S 700 W, Hurricane, UT 84737). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Hurricane Cemetery (225 600 N, Hurricane, UT 84737).
