Opal Blanche Leavitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2020, at the age of 100, Opal Blanche Leavitt of Hurricane, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lyman Gillespie and Blanche Elnora Lemmon; her husband Jack Leavitt; her son Roger; her stepdaughter Jeannie; her grandson Brett; and her siblings, Elwood, Charles, Alvin, Joseph, Lola, Mary Iola, Vera, Lois, June and Eugene.
She is survived by: her former husband Edmund Grant Condie; her children, LaWana Lamola (Carmen), Julie Condie and DeNise Pettit (Leon); and her stepchildren, C. F. Oliphant, Jerrol Leavitt (Peggy), Lane Leavitt, Lunetta Ipson (Joe) and Ronnow Leavitt (Rhonda). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and many greatgrandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
