She is survived by: her granddaughter Pam; her former husband Joseph Anzalone; her children, Christopher Michael Cummins of St George Ut, Brian Daniel Cummins (Nicole) of Washington, Jeremiah Scott Cummins of St George and Sarah Elizabeth Cummins of St George; her grandchildren, Alysse Marie Cummins, Anjolie Kate Cummins, Elijah Zachary Cummins and Ashtyn McKell Cummins (Joseph Anzalone); and her brother Tom Dodson. She is also survived by brothers, Pam was the very protected daughter/sister.
