She is survived by: her husband L. Mike Smith; her children, Michael (Kimberly Moody), Maquel (Aaron Crist), Tyson (Angie Eversole), Aanika (Lance Edwards), Shawn, Deardry (Clint Serr) and Camy (Jared Broderick); and her siblings, Clark Miller (DeAnn), Warren Miller (Karen) and Louise Cefalo (Ron). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
