He is survived by: his wife DeAnn; his children, Ian Yamane (Deborah) and Nadine Eisenkirch (Derek); his stepson Matthew Rodney; his grandchildren, Chandler Yamane (Katie), Ashley Steffen (Josh), Gentry Keech (MacKay), Devon Yamane, Ethan Eisenkirch, Dylan Eisenkirch and Logan Eisenkirch; and his sisters, JoAnn Yamada (Ed) and Sanaye Doi. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
