He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Cort Budge. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie LaRue Cole; his children, Bracken Berger (Ally Graham), Andrew Keith Budge (Anna Marie), Amber Nelson (Brett) and Stacey McMullin (Don); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Corey, Lucy, Theo, Cooper, Willow and Livy.
Keith battled with chronic phantom pain as a result of a work injury 25 years prior, along with Lewy Body Dementia and Alzheimer's in his last few years.
