He is survived by: his children, Heather Mae Taylor (Doug), Christopher Michael Black (Kelsie McCue), Cameron Roger Black (Jenny Womack) and Sarah Ruth Noftle (Marcus); his grandchildren, Cole (Katelyn), Ashley (Brayden), Cayden (Tylee), Bryson (Mauri), Emma (Caleb), Breeana Mason (Caden), Kinley, Caleb, Taylee, Cadence, Carson, Eliana, Capri, Alora and Maverick; his great grandchildren, Mila, Hazel, Collyns and Brooks; his wife Paulette Jeffs; and his siblings, Linda Black, Barbara Black, Susan Black-Stras (Sy), Mark Black and Brian Black.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Freedom LDS Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Chapel (1556 WY-239, Freedom, WY 83120). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Hyde Park Cemetery (400 W Ctr St, Hyde Park, UT 84318).
