He is survived by : his wife Carrie Ann Briscoe (Stevens); and his children, Jacob Briscoe (Amy), Candice Lutz (Kelly), Jed Briscoe (Suzanne), Emma Leavitt (Brad), Eli Briscoe (Asia), Daniella Lillywhite (Tom), Joshua Briscoe (Cara) and Hyrum Briscoe.

Covid brought an early end to their time serving in Italy, but they made many friends and loved those they served with.
