He was predeceased by: his pet Hendrix; and his sister Tammy Cummings. He is survived by: his significant other Danyelle Ward; his parent Danyelle Ward; his sisters, LaRen Rasmussen (Travis) and Kim Crabtree (Tom); his brother-in-law John Cummings; and his siblings, Bryan Petersen (Christy), Heidi Moon and Krystal Petersen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cache Valley Mortuary (710 W 500 N, Hyde Park, UT 84318).
