He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alfred and Rachel Elnora Thompson Howard; his wife Marilyn Stauffer; and his daughter Kim. He is survived by: his children, Dirk and Kaye; and his sister Iris Howard Hathaway. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
