He is survived by: his wife Maurine Forsgren; his children, Michelle Smith (Matt) of Wellsville, Kelley Robinson (Scott) of Plain City and Scott (Mandy) of Providence; his sister Christine Donavan of Logan; his grandchildren, Brynley, Sydney, Kacie, Max, Jackson, Emersyn, Alivia and Sawyer; and his caregiver Misty Rich.
