She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Affel Allen and Sarah Ann Nielsen Allen; her brother Roy Allen (Judy); her daughter Carolyn Cook Christenson; and her brother Robert Loy Cook (Lara).
She is survived by: her former spouse Noel Laker Cook; and her sons, Allen Randall Cook (Julie) and Dan Noel Cook (Vicki). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
