She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Godfrey and Thurma Jakeman Godfrey; her husband Jim James; her brother Ray James Godfrey; and her son Steve Walker.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Vicky), Randy (Kathy) and Jim; and her grandchildren, Jeremy James (Vale), Heidi St John (Rick), Dawna Forcht (Chad), Kerstan James (Carlos), RayLynn Atkinson (Jay), Klayton James and Dustin Walker.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ivins Unity Park (200 W 400 S, Ivins, UT 84738).
