It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Weiss of Ivins, Utah, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As James departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weiss and Ruth Weiss; his grandson Nicholas; his brothers, Chuck and Don; and his children, Tim and Sue Olson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Lee and Bill Weiss; and his stepchildren, Ron Olson (Debra), Scott Olson and Heidi Buck (Mitchell).
