He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lewis and Billie Lewis; his father-in-law John; his former life partner Cindy; his mother-in-law Carolyn; and his grandson Jaxon.

He is survived by : his sister Shari Lewis; his wife Cami; and his children, Danielle, Carisa (Alex), Braden (Ashley), Morgan (Ryan), Breanne (Gavin) and Tyson (Bree). He is also survived by his nieces and nephew; his uncles; and his cousins.
