She is survived by : her former life partner Robert Dorrel Newbold; her sister Lois Eidahl; her children, Shauna Crittenden (Ken), Charis Stansell (Jay) and Bob Newbold (Vauna); and her daughter-in-law Janet Newbold. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

“Thelma was the kindness person I know and gave me 5 years of Memories that will last me my lifetime. I gave care to her in hopes to keep her in her home, she fought the Assisted Living fight for 3 months. What a fight she did, she was so brave, and I am so proud of you. You are free now Thelma. You asked the Lord to fudge a little and take you sooner and he did just that! The voice mail you have left me have been absolutely priceless thank you I listen to them often.
