He was predeceased by : his grandfather Paul Dwayne Levie. He is survived by : his parents, Daniel Levie (Carolyn) and Peggy Jones Levie (Roger); his wife Natalie Wilmore; his children, Jenna, Kaitlyn and Bennett; his siblings, Shane Levie, Danelle Washburn (Destry), Holly Gardner (Ryon), Brandon Levie, Cortney Wiles (Rick), Megan Bench (Shawn) and Beau Ogzewalla (Brighton); and his grandparents, Violet Rae Levie, Walter Vern Jones and Norene Ranae Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
