He was predeceased by: his parents, Sears Evans and Joyce Evans; and his son Aaron Evans. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Cannon Evans of Oakley; his daughters, Melanie Mendez (Ruben), Emily Smith (Nathan), Allison Scott (Dave), Jennifer Hsiao (Mark) and Amanda Marie Porter (Brian); and his siblings, Rick, Randy (Teri), Christine Morris (Vern) and Anne Burgess (Ira). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
