He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Parley Cutchen and Gertrude Cutchen; his wife Carolyn Harper; and his children, Heather Brown, Seth Cutchen, Rachel Batt, Daniel Cutchen, Mark Cutchen, Rebecca Greer and Kimberly. He was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Saturday, March 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Kanab 2nd Ward Chapel (604 South HWY 89A). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
