She was predeceased by: her father Edward Lewis Struble; her former husband David George Dixon; her husband Bruce Cleland Ghormley; and her mother Agnes Patterson Struble. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Ruth Struble Williams; and her children, John Edward Dixon (Robin), Betty Ann Seamons (Alan), Barbara Dixon Shuman (Richard), Peggy Elizabeth McGill (Terrence), Susan Struble Dixon and Cleland Bruce Ghormley.
