Viewing will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Baer Creek Chapel (1282 W 1875 N, Farmington, UT 84025). A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the Kaysville City Cemetery (500 E Crestwood Rd, Kaysville, UT 84037).
