He was predeceased by : his parents, Rulon Parnell Draper and Donna Widdison; his son Andrew; and his brothers, Duane and David.
He is survived by : his wife DeAnn Page Draper; and his children, Liana (Ryan Lindeman), Keith (Pamala Draper), Scott and Crystal (Zachary Tervort). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
