He is survived by : his sons, Daniel (Degree), Camden, Justin and Trevor; his wife Cheryl Ann; his grandchildren, Daniel, Amanda Ava, Camden, Megan Anderson, Jaxon, Justin, Melissa Brynne, Katelyn, Hailey, Laura, Whitney, Trevor, Jenni Aiden and Briele; his siblings, Terry Farrell (Laura), Steven (Debbie), Mark (Nancy), Sandra (Kevin), Lorna (Brad), Gregg (Karen), Barbara (Clint) and Tyler (Brooklynn); his caregivers, Melissa, Denni and Natalie; and his friend Brian. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
