He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Allen and Verna Lee Crawford Allen; and his siblings, Betty Ruth, Barbara, Berta, Archie Bob and Jack.

He is survived by: his wife Florena Pearl Simer; his children, Rod Allen (Jackie) of Philomath and Sonnet Allen-VanPatten (Peter) of Roy; his grandchildren, Chelsea Allen, Nigel Allen, Colin Allen, Brogan Stampick (Jacob) and Haille VanPatten; and his great grandchildren, Lex and Luca Stampick.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pioneer Bible Camp or the Kaysville Bible Church Missions Fund.
