He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his stepchildren, Bonnie Del Jones (Stan), Gordon Thomas (Karen), Marci Ellen, James Joseph (Brandy) and Rebecca Dian; his foster daughters, Velma Jean Begay and Lenora Gia; his grandchildren, Valerie, Travis Jones, Tyler McIntosh, Aubrie Bufkin (Blake), Aaron James, Haley McIntosh and Sebastian McIntosh-Biggs; and his siblings, Maxine Laverne Shanor (Don), Gertrude Irene Vogelsberg (Cliff), Byrne James McIntosh (Jill), Eugene Legrand McIntosh, Iris McIntosh Lunt (Richard), Robert Merlin McIntosh (Carol), Duane Yorgason McIntosh (Rita), Ira Udell McIntosh (Kay), Donald LeRoy McIntosh, Howard Boyd McIntosh (Jean) and Eleanor Ree Bates (Cloyd).
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Church (730 E 400 S, Orem, UT 84097).
