He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his stepchildren, Ava, Makenna and Hailey; his children, Spencer, Shelby and Savannah; his parents, Bette Green and Dale Green; and his sisters, Gretchen, Colette, Nannette, Katie and Candice. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kaysville City Cemetery (500 E Crestwood Rd, Kaysville, UT 84037).
