He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Smith and Afton Smith; his siblings, Nadine and Glenn; and his daughter Jen Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Glanville Smith; his daughters, Lora Romney (Brad), Maryann Murphy (Todd) and Becky Ord (Andrew); and his son-in-law Ryan Walters (Brooke). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
