He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lamar and Nola Bird (Johnson); his granddaughter Sydnee Laura Bird; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Birch, Don Romer and Dennis Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacie Sampson (Sampson); his wife DoraLee Larson; his children, Gena Brower (Bird), Greg, Laura Bird (Woodall), Megan (Sampson), Brian Carter and Jason Mazzota; his siblings, Marie (Bird Peterson), Tom Lui, Lynn, Colleen Bird, Birdena Birch (Bird), Cleone, Lynette Bird, Theressa (Bird), Jim Alvey, Kristene Romer (Bird), Clinton, Wendy Bird, Chadley and Patty Bird; his grandchildren, Joel, Kyle, Jacee, Ashlee, Sheridan, Landon, Peyton and Adrienne; and his great grandchild Zoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the La Verkin 7th Ward Building (70 S 300 W, La Verkin, UT 84745).
