He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Vinton Parker; his parents, Walter M. Parker and Thelma Loandia Miller Parker; his wife Mary Lynne; his children, Bonnie and Kevin; his sisters, Clara Joy and Rosalie; and his in-laws, Max and Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Danial Vinton (Kimberly), Tara Lynn and Kathlene Marie; and his daughter-in-law Robyn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Dove Center of St. George, UT, causes close to the family's heart.
