He is survived by : his wife Sandy Foley of LaPoint, UT; his children, Marian Knox, Michelle Hall, Laura Tiedeman and Roger Foley of LaPoint, UT.; and his siblings, Mary Foley Lisenbery, Teresa Foley Moreno, Valerie Kirch, Laurie Foley and James Worden.
