She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard M. Farnsworth and Clara Iceline Hendershot Farnsworth; her siblings, Naomi, Gene, Lynn, Ron, Lamore and Stella; her daughter-in-law Rose Ann Smuin; and her grandson Orval Loyd Smuin.
She is survived by: her sister Margie Clark; her sons, Farell Smuin (Beth) and Leonard "Val" Smuin; and her grandchildren, Chad Smuin, Brandie Smuin, Tristan Smuin and Shawnary Jackson.
