He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Hatch Swain of Lapoint and Ora May Anderson of Lapoint, Utah.; and his son Rocky Shae Swain of Leukemia. He is survived by : his siblings, Joleen Swain Ottosen, Gilbert Von Swain and Carolyn LaRee Swain Miller; and his wife Barbara Joan Dye.
