He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lafayette (Bus) and Bessie Leona Muncey (Welchman); his brother Lavon Dean Muncey; his daughter Susan Penman; and his son-in-law Steven Penman.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Schubert; and his children, Ron Muncey (Janet), Marilyn Muncey (Dale Tortorich), Colette Bundy (Matt) and Shelley Donnelly (Bryan). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lindquist's Memorial Park of Layton (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041).
