He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sadie Guzman Erebia and Ambrose Erebia; his great-grandparent Ramona Guzman; his aunts, Paula Erebia and Antonette Erebia Sanchez; his uncle Ambrose Jr. Erebia; and his cousins, Star Rea and Jacob Erebia.
He is survived by: his parents, Deann Rivas (Nicholas) and Ismael Perez (Nancy); his children, Mersadie Guzman (Ignacio Tolentino), Jestino Guzman (Hailey Stark), Isaiah Guzman and Briella Guzman; his grandchildren, Kamaiyah Tolentino, Leahmoni Tolentino, Ezra Guzman, Alina Guzman and Zyaire Tolentino; his siblings, Jessica Martinez (Sergio), Priscilla Rivas, Patrick Perez (Yadira), Eldridge Perez, Antoney Perez (Mariana), Ismael Jr. Perez (Tania) and Jose Perez; his uncles, Tony Rivas, Louie Guzman and Delloyed Rivas; and his aunt Linda Molina.
