She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Furtado and Florence Furtado (Cabral); her daughter Robin Clark; her granddaughter Tracy Clark; her children-in-law, Ken Douglas and Licia Clark; and her siblings, Donald, Leroy Furtado, Joyce Sissom, Shirley Smith, Ruth Cole, Mary Furtado and Kathy Furtado.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Clark of Layton and Kathy Douglas of San Jose, California.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
