Parrish (DeAnn Parrish) and Catherine Parrish Lake (Matthew J. Lake); his grandchild Lyndsie W. Parrish; his children, Ashley Clark (Taylor Clark), Zachary B. Parrish and Nathan P. Lake; his great grandchild Blakely Clark; his siblings, Walter Parrish, Joan Johnston (Noal) and Robert Parrish (Maddy); his stepchildren, Jed P. Sparks (Kimberlee Sparks) and Jill P. Sparks (Michelle O. Sparks); and his stepgrandchildren, Liam P. Sparks, Lilly Unsworth-Sparks and Morgan Unsworth-Sparks.
