He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Shawna Gillen (LJ), Brad Lewis, Ryan Lewis (Jenny Nimori) and Alisa Lewis; his grandchildren, Seth Shipley (Maddie), Jakob Shipley, Chase Harmon, Joshua Ellsworth, Ari Gillen, Ian Lewis and Drew Lewis; his great grandchild Wren Shipley; and his sister Jeannie Hansen (Clay).
