DeLor Linford Maxfield Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeLor Linford Maxfield of Layton, Utah, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linford Arthur and Mable Powell Maxfield; his former wife Barbara Gaye Hullinger; his sisters, Nada, Donna, Ola and Coralie; and his daughter-in-law Kaye.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Youngblood Maxfield; his children, Lynn Maxfield (Laura), Bob Maxfield (Stacey), D'Ann Figgins (Gary), David Maxfield (Hiroko Hashitani), Marilyn Floyd (Todd) and Steven Maxfield (Michelle); his stepchildren, Brenda Jolley (Jeff), Lori Olson (Ed) and Ray Marshall; and his brother Norman Maxfield (Sherline). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bountiful 9th Ward Chapel (585 E Center St, Bountiful, UT 84010).
