He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson LaVelle and Jennie Marie Richelieu Stewart; his siblings, Darrell, Jerry and Charlene; and his daughter Dana Alberts.
He is survived by: his children, Edson L. Stewart, Clinton Stewart and Crystal Saravia; his sister Jalene Stewart; and his sister-in-law Danette Stewart. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
