She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Wilkins and Leona Mae Davis Lyons; her husband Gordon Lee Nelson; and her son-in-law George Brooker. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Faulkner (Chris) and Kari Brooker. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
