He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lester and Phyllis Poulson Moulton; his wife Phyllis LaRue Black; his son Gregory Shawn; his granddaughter Kylie LaRue Moulton; and his great grandchild Oliver Daniel Lindsay.
He is survived by: his son Dirk Moulton (Melissa); and also, Connie Whetton (Chad) and Pam McGary (Kim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Ogden Ward Building (1314 27th St, Ogden, UT 84401). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Salmon City Cemetery (200 Main St, Salmon, ID 83467).
