He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Carter. He is survived by: his father Charles Carter; his close friend Kaylene Hickenbotham; his daughters, Brandi Jo, Krystle Kaye (Ryan Bennett) and Kristin Dawn; his pet Yoshi; his mother-in-law Charleen; and his siblings, Rob (Eileen), Denise (Carl), Bret, Terrie (Kevin) and Kristie (Don). He is also survived by daughters, grandsons and son-in-law.
